Qarivonex is the trading name of ERYSS LTD. Throughout these terms, "Qarivonex", "we", "us" and "our" refer to ERYSS LTD.

These Terms of Service apply to everyone who visits our website or buys from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

 

1. Using Our Website

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us. You agree to give accurate and complete information when you create an account or check out, and to keep your login details secure.

We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time, for example for maintenance or to fix errors. We will try to keep any disruption to a minimum.

2. Products and Descriptions

​

We sell women's handbags and leather accessories. We do our best to show every product as accurately as possible, including its colours, materials and measurements. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen settings, and natural materials such as leather may show small variations in grain and tone. These variations are part of the character of the product and are not considered a fault.

3. Prices and Payment

​

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

We take care to make sure our prices are correct. If we discover a clear pricing error after you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling your order for a full refund.

Payment is taken at the time you place your order through the secure payment methods offered at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

4. Orders and Contract

​

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation does not yet mean your order has been accepted. A contract between you and us is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

 

5. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery options, prices and timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they have been delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Your Right to Cancel and Returns

​

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Full details on how to cancel, return an item and receive a refund are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

 

7. Faulty Items

​

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@qarivonex.com and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with your legal rights.

8. Reviews, Comments and Feedback

If you send us comments, reviews, ideas or other feedback, you allow us to use, edit and publish them in connection with our business without payment to you. You agree that anything you submit will not be unlawful, offensive or misleading, will not infringe anyone else's rights and will not contain viruses or harmful code. We may remove any content at our discretion.

We are responsible for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking these terms, where those losses were foreseeable when the contract was made. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are sold for personal and private use.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page. The version in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home country.
